Terms and Conditions Covering the Personal and Non-Commercial Use of Images

The images appearing on these pages are covered by the following Terms and Conditions:

1) Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. is in possession of and owns the copyright of the images, unless specified otherwise. No (implicit or explicit) copyright is granted to the users of the website with the exception of permission to reproduce for purely personal and non-commercial purposes the images for which  Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. owns the copyright.

2) The name Beretta and the Beretta logos (the three arrows, the letters PB in an ellipse, etc.) are part of the trademarks belonging to Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A., which does not grant the website user any (implicit or explicit) trademark licence.

These terms and conditions also apply to all the trademarks and logos not listed here.

3) These terms and conditions:
I. are governed by Italian law;
II. constitute, between Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. and the user of the website, an explicit agreement that supersedes any previous known or communicated terms and conditions regarding the images;
III. may  be modified at any time by Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. at its sole discretion, and written notice thereof will be published on the website.

Permission to use images for commercial purposes

Applications to use images belonging to Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. for commercial purposes will be assessed individually at the discretion of Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A.
